Job summary

MadiganGill are recruiting for a Gateman at HMP Guys March. This full-time role requires a valid CPCS card, EL1 clearance (or eligibility to apply). On-site duties include maintaining security, directing traffic, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

You will work on a shift basis with strict site rules and must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Previous experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid CPCS card.
• EL1 clearance required, if you do not have one you can still apply for the job and also apply for the EL1.
• Have full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including Hard hat, boots, hi-vis & goggles.
• Have previous experience in a similar role - be reliable, hard-working and punctual.
• Have good communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
