Job summary

Northbuild Recruitment is seeking a Gateman/Banksman for a New Build Housing site in Leicester (LE3). You will manage site access, banking of plant and traffic, and maintain welfare areas during the shift.

Requirements include a CSCS card, Banksman/Traffic Marshall Certificate, right to work in the UK, and a checkable work reference. Contract is short-term (3–4 weeks) with 07:30–16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, at £17.50 per hour.

Job description

Gateman / Banksman required for work on a New Build Housing site in Leicester (LE3)

You will be responsible for who comes in and out of site, banking plant and traffic and to clean the welfare areas.

You must have:

• CSCS card
• Banksman / Traffic Marshall Certificate
• Right to Work in the UK
• A checkable work reference

The work is for 3-4 week's and is due to start Monday 28th September.

The working hours are from 0730am - 1630pm Monday to Friday and the rate of pay is £17.50ph.
