As a Head Chef, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to ensure they excel while driving performance and achieving results.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at training, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders.
• Dedication to delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring dishes meet high standards and your team is well-equipped with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Experience in maintaining food safety, health and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
