The Role

As a Head Chef, you will inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to achieve their best while driving performance and delivering excellent results.

Requirements

• Prioritize creating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to develop emerging leaders.
• Ensure every dish meets exceptional standards, supporting your team with the necessary skills and mindset for guest excellence.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, health, and safety, and understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, proactively spotting opportunities.
• Focus on building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
