Job description

York and Scarborough Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to invite candidates to apply to work with us as an Gastroenterology Research Fellow

The finalised job plan will be confirmed following the interview process.

This is a 12 month contract with the potential for extension.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will join the team as a Research Fellow and will work closely with the Gastroenterology service to grow research capacity within the Trust.

If job planned time allows the successful candidates will be exposed to clinics, Endoscopy and wards as well as Research activities.

In addition, the fellow will also be expected to help facilitate research, to join an active community of researchers within the Trust and ensure that all IP rights of the Trust are observed where applicable and the timetable will ensure dedicated time for this.
