Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Secretary to join the Gastroenterology/Hepatology Administration Team on a 10-month fixed term contract or secondment. The role provides vital administrative support across Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Endoscopy services.

You will work with clinical and managerial colleagues, manage your own workload with supervision, maintain confidentiality and ensure cross-cover when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a secretary in a medical/clinical setting.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Care Group and Endoscopy Services.
• Organise workload and coordinate with other medical secretaries to ensure efficient service.
