About the Role

Siemens Energy AGT (Aeroderivative Gas Turbines) is hiring a Regional Technical Support Engineer to join our team based in Warwick. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer issues related to gas turbines, supporting the development of long-term solutions, and providing technical support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Own technical support for assigned customers, including scheduled and unscheduled activities.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly and safely, supporting equipment return to service.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver excellent customer support.
• Identify business development opportunities and provide technical leadership.
• Support overseas travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation and servicing of gas turbines, preferably aero-derivative types.
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, both theoretical and practical.
• Ability to work in dynamic, customer-facing environments with flexibility and creativity.
• Strong communication skills in English and cultural awareness.
