Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, Culham Campus in Oxfordshire, seeks a Mechanical Supervisor with strong gas systems expertise to oversee gas-fired plant, ensure safety compliance and coordinate maintenance across commercial heating systems. You will perform inspections, manage documentation and respond to emergencies within a high-spec environment.

The role requires Gas Safe Registration for commercial and domestic work, plus CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/TPCP1A, BOAS and AP10 qualifications;

Qualifications

• Current Gas Safe Registration for commercial and domestic installations.
• CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1 and TPCP1A gas qualifications.
• BOAS and AP10 qualifications relevant to site equipment.
• Minimum of three years' commercial boiler experience.
• Experience with high-temperature hot water (HTHW) systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service gas systems and related equipment.
• Conduct regular plantroom and plant inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage documentation, training records and maintenance logs to ensure compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate gas safety procedures.
• Work within a high-specification technical environment with strict safety protocols.
