Job Description:

Responsibilities for this Gas Supervisor Technical Team Leader will include:

  • Manage contract requirements for gas installations, maintenance, repairs, void tasks, responsive repairs, and planned maintenance
  • Meet client and business KPIs
  • Manage a team of engineers in the field for domestic and commercial properties
  • Ensure delivery of works
  • Deputise for line management
  • Conduct regular asset, van stock, PPE, uniform, and vehicle inspections
  • Understand contract parameters and implications
  • Follow company procurement processes
  • Apply escalation protocols
  • Support end-to-end processes in the field and back office
Ideal Candidate:
  • Ability to survey for heating installations
  • Recognised formal craft qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • ACS Qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
  • LPG and UNVENTED qualifications are desirable
  • Understanding of gas legislation
