Job Description:

Responsibilities for this Gas Supervisor Technical Team Leader will include:

• Manage contract requirements for gas installs, maintenance, repairs, void tasks, responsive repairs, and planned maintenance to support growth strategy
• Meet client and business KPIs
• Lead a team of engineers in domestic and commercial properties
• Ensure delivery of works and deputise for line management
• Perform regular inspections of assets, vehicles, PPE, uniforms, and vehicles
• Understand contract parameters and company procurement processes
• Apply escalation protocols
• Provide field and back-office support for end-to-end processes

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Recognised formal craft qualification
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
• ACS Qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
• LPG and UNVENTED qualifications are desirable
• Knowledge of gas legislation
• Full driving license
• Understanding of Health and Safety standards
• Time management skills
• Experience in customer service and public interaction
