Job Description:

Responsibilities for this Gas Supervisor Technical Team Leader role include:

• Managing contract requirements for gas installs, maintenance, repairs, void tasks, responsive repairs, and planned maintenance
• Meeting client and business KPIs
• Leading a team of engineers in domestic and commercial properties
• Delivery of works and deputising for line management
• Conducting regular inspections of assets, vans, PPE, uniforms, and vehicles
• Understanding contract parameters and procurement processes
• Applying company escalation protocols
• Supporting end-to-end processes in the field and back office

Ideal Candidate:

• Recognised formal craft qualification and NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
• ACS Qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
• LPG and UNVENTED qualifications are desirable
• Understanding of gas legislation and health and safety best practices
• Full driving license
• Excellent time management and customer service experience
