Working in our properties across the South of England , c overing from the Midlands to Dover and across to the South West

Permanent, full time 37.5 hpw , Monday to Friday

Salary of £46,900 per annum plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan

This is your chance to shape how we deliver gas safety across a wide area. You’ll take charge of external contractors and gas compliance works in our homes, managing everything from the Midlands to the South West . No two days are the same, and the good news is, you manage your own diary. Two days a week you’ll be out and about on site, and the rest, you’ll be working from home.

What you’ll do

• Manage gas compliance contracts and ensure services meet safety standards
• Work with contractors to deliver high quality, right first time repairs and maintenance
• Oversee health and safety compliance on site and resolve any issues quickly
• Use our systems to keep accurate records and track contract performance
• Work closely with internal teams to keep customers informed and safe
• Review and improve how we manage services, driving better outcomes

What y ou bring

• Strong background in gas installation, servicing and compliance
• Experience managing external contractors and gas-related contracts
• Up-to-date ACS accreditation (CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
• SMSTS or similar safety qualification and hands-on safety management experience
• Solid understanding of housing compliance and regulatory standards
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South

Job details

• You’ll work Monday to Friday
• You’ll spend 2 days a week on the road travelling to sites and properties across the south.
• You’ll manage your own diary , so you will know where you will visiting from one week to the next !
• To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!
• You need an Basic DBS check done and w e pay for that .
