Clancy is seeking a Site Manager to lead your team on vital gas network projects at Faraday Office Park, Basingstoke. You will manage fast-paced work, maximise efficiency, control costs and champion safety every day.

You'll bring proven site leadership in gas or utilities, hold NRSWA Supervisor and SSSTS/SMSTS, with civil engineering and first aid credentials a plus, and a valid driving licence. The company offers a competitive salary, pension, healthcare and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing sites in gas or utilities with a proven leadership record.
• Strong ability to lead teams and manage commercial priorities.
• Hold NRSWA Supervisor and SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications; driving licence required.
• Civil engineering and first aid certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of gas industry standards and health and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and environmental standards and ensure compliance with HS rules and NRSWA specs.
• Identify issues early and escalate to keep projects on track.
• Lead and mentor the team to deliver quality training and grow.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovative ways to reduce disruptions.
