Job summary

Clancy is seeking a Site Manager to lead a team on vital gas network projects at Faraday Office Park, Basingstoke. You will drive safety, cost control, and efficiency while delivering results. A strong leader with experience in gas/utilities and a solid track record in site management is required.

You will ensure compliance with H&S and NRSWA, mentor staff, and push for continuous improvement. A full driving licence and knowledge of gas industry standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience managing sites in gas or utilities with a track record of leading teams.
• Essential qualifications include NRSWA Supervisor and SSSTS/SMSTS.
• Civil engineering and first aid certifications are a plus.
• Full, valid driver's licence and deep knowledge of gas industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and environmental standards on site per H&S rules and NRSWA specs.
• Identify issues early and keep projects on track to meet schedules.
• Work on gas pipelines and related infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor the team with quality training and development.
• Encourage continuous improvement and innovative ideas.
• Stay ahead of schedules to minimise disruptions and mistakes.
