Key Responsibilities of the Gas Site Agent

As a Gas Site Agent, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing teams on the ground and ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently:

• Oversee deep excavations, gas mains installations, service replacements, and full reinstatement
• Act as Competent Person on site, ensuring all safety and compliance measures are met
• Conduct regular site audits and ensure adherence to CDM Regulations
• Coordinate resources, materials, and plant to keep projects on track
• Communicate effectively with clients, local authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Deliver quality work within deadline and budget constraints

What We’re Looking For in a Gas Site Agent

• Proven experience managing gas mains and service replacement projects (up to 10")
• Strong background in civils and deep excavation
• NRSWA Supervisor accreditation (Essential)
• Ideally, Competent Person certification
• Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
