A local council in Scotland is seeking a candidate to service and maintain gas fired appliances within social housing. The role requires recognized mechanical/gas ACS gas qualifications and experience in the field. The ideal candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, participate in a standby rota, and have a full driving license. Salary: TD6 £34,821
Working Pattern: 36 hours per week (every third Friday off)

Job Details
You will be required to work Fife wide, servicing and maintaining gas fired appliances in customers\' properties. Identifying, and managing risks and hazards in your working environment and complying with procedures, statutory regulations, and internal processes. All such works being carried out in a manner that positively contributes to a high quality, planned and responsive cost-effective service which meets service, customers\' expectations, and quality standards.
The Person
If you meet the essential qualification criteria outlined below, we\'d like to hear from you:
You should have experience in the servicing and maintenance of gas fired appliances within social housing.
You will be required to participate in a compulsory out of hour\'s standby rota; this will include evenings and weekends.
The applicant must have the ability to work well with a team with minimum supervision and take sole ownership of jobs allocated. A full driving licence is required.
