Job Title: Gas Services Scheduler

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £31,697.50 per annum

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - Hybrid

Role Profile
  • Responsible for effective administration to enable work to be carried out in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Work as part of a high-performing team and ensure your actions support team success.
  • Answer phones, emails, CRM cases, schedule and confirm appointments, and input data into the system.
  • Maintain all tasks, including raising jobs, requisitions, follow-on works, subcontractor works; ensure records are up to date including job details, appointments, statuses, relevant dates, and costs.
  • Ensure operatives work efficiently and workload is maintained in line with WIPs (Works in Progress).
  • Coordinate access for works via phone calls.
  • Handle emergency appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure subcontractors complete jobs on time and submit correct paperwork for review and payment.
  • Escalate issues with operatives/contractors as needed.
  • Maintain a 'first time fix' approach.
  • Assist operatives, supervisors, and surveyors.
  • Investigate complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction.
  • Maintain the team inbox and CRM cases, answer queries.
  • Update systems with relevant information and generate reports for analysis.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support Property Services and liaise with departments.
  • Any other duties to support service delivery.
