Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking a Gas Service Engineer to perform servicing and safety checks in social housing environments in South East London. You will carry out annual gas safety checks on boilers and appliances and issue CP12 certificates to tenants, delivering high standards of customer service on every visit.

Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and a Full domestic ACS, with at least 3 years of servicing experience.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and ACS certification.
• At least 3 years of servicing experience in gas services.
• Experience in social housing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing works within social housing environments.
• Complete annual gas safety checks on domestic boilers and appliances
• Issue CP12 certificates to tenants
• Provide good customer service on every visit
