A well-established Heating contractor is seeking a self-employed Domestic Gas Service Engineer in Romford. The role involves conducting annual landlord gas safety checks with an ongoing contract. Ideal candidates will bring experience, ACS qualifications, and necessary tools to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience required in servicing boilers and gas appliances.
• Must hold ACS qualifications and Gas Safe Registration.
• Public Liability Insurance of £2m needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out annual landlord gas safety checks for a Local Council.
• Handle pre-booked appointments via PDA.
• Complete approximately 10-15 jobs per day.

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well established Heating contractor operating within the Local Authority sector.

They require a self-employed Domestic Gas Service Engineer to carry out annual landlord gas safety checks for a Local Council.

Earn between £230-£345 per day

Contract details below:

Work Type: Annual landlord gas safety checks (CP12s) - pre-booked appointments via PDA

Location: Romford

Working days: Monday to Friday 5 days per week

Contract Length: Ongoing

Rates: £23 per completed property (average 10-15 completed jobs per day)

Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand
