Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform routine servicing and maintenance of gas appliances and systems, following industry standards.
  2. Attend to gas breakdowns, diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
  3. Execute necessary repairs to ensure reliable gas installations.
  4. Maintain accurate records of completed work, including service reports and parts usage.
  5. Provide excellent customer service, effectively communicating with residents.

Skills/Qualifications

  1. Gas Safe certified in CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1.
  2. C&G Energy efficiency qualification.
  3. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
  4. Strong fault-finding skills and competence in using mobile PDA technology.
  5. Punctuality, professionalism, and flexibility.

Experience Required

  1. Minimum of three years' experience in gas service or maintenance.
  2. Experience in the social housing or housing association sector.
  3. UK driving license and DBS clearance required.
