Job Title: Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer

Location: Richmond/Kingston

Salary: £40,000-£60,000+ OTE w/ Van and Fuel Card (Paid on a basic plus codes, a lot of money to be made)

Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen are currently working with a successful Heating company who are seeking a Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer to work in either Richmond or Kingston.

Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Gas servicing, repair and maintenance on gas boilers and appliances.
2. Consistently demonstrate high levels of customer service and professionalism whilst undertaking statutory gas safety tests and servicing in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.
3. Carrying out minor works arising from safety tests/servicing.
4. Ensuring all areas are adequately protected prior to commencement of works.
5. Issuing appropriate safety certificate to tenants and office and/or requesting follow-on works.
6. Undertaking boiler fitting and carcass replacement/updating.
7. Leaving areas in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each job.

Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer Requirements:

1. Gas Safe qualification and suitable experience (2+ years).
2. Qualifications including CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, WAT1, WAH1, CEN1, CPA1, MET1.
3. A full UK Driving Licence.
4. Flexible approach to working out of hours.
