Job summary

Mark May in Leicester is seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Breakdown Engineer to diagnose faults, repair and service domestic gas boilers and heating systems. You will report accurately and use our digital job management system on a company phone.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in domestic gas breakdowns with ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1 certifications. A full package includes a company vehicle, mobile phone and comprehensive testing equipment, with a 20 days holiday

Job description

Domestic Gas Breakdown Engineer - Leicester (PAYE)

Location: Leicester

Salary: £40,300 per annum

Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30

Additional: 30 minutes travel time at both ends of the day (contracted but not included in salary)

Saturday Rota: 13 rostered Saturdays per year (approx. 1 in 4), 08:00-16:00

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Breakdown Engineer to join our Leicester team. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing, and servicing a wide variety of domestic gas boilers and heating systems. Accuracy in job reporting and adherence to company processes is essential, as work is managed through our digital job management system on a company phone.
