We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our expanding team, working across the Ketteringarea. We're looking for a dedicated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day gas repairs and maintenance

Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics

Complete annual servicing visits

Meet first-time fix targets

Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship

Ensure a customer-first approach in all interactions

Attend scheduled jobs punctually and communicate any delays to the contact centre and customer

What We’re Looking For

Valid ACS qualifications and other relevant gas certifications

Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)

Experience in the social housing sector (preferred but not essential)

Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Ability to work with a diverse customer base
