Job summary

Ganymede Energy is seeking a safety-focused Gas Inspector to assess gas safety standards across a portfolio of registered businesses. You will inspect, document, and report findings within defined SLAs and timescales, applying your technical knowledge to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate holds CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1, with CPD activity and strong communication skills. A full driving licence is required, and a company car is provided along with London weighting for M25-based work.

Qualifications

• Must hold CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1.
• Understand health and safety and building regulations.
• Auditor qualification (D32/A1) or equivalent.
• Regular CPD to maintain knowledge and skills.
• Ability to assess gas, plumbing, electrical and HVAC issues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, report and feedback on gas safety standards.
• Manage a portfolio of registered businesses within SLAs.
• Prepare inspection reports in line with timescales.
• Use testing tools and perform checks during inspections.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and colleagues.
