Job summary

The position is an initial 6-month contract located in North West London, with a focus on ensuring safety compliance, performance monitoring and continuous service improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing gas compliance contracts within Local Authority or Housing Association environments.
• Extensive knowledge of residential gas safety regulations.
• Strong contract management and budget monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery and performance of gas servicing and maintenance contracts.
• Ensure full compliance with gas safety legislation, regulations and statutory requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, ensuring works are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage compliance risks and drive continuous service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to maintain safe, compliant housing stock.
