Job description

TXM Recruit are currently seeking two Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, primarily on ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.

The role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 8 or 9 am and ending at 4 or 5 pm, respectively, with ample overtime opportunities.

Applicants must be prepared to work on a shift rota during weekends (approximately 1 in 4, but subject to change) and demonstrate flexibility during the busy season from May to October.

Salary: £40,000 per annum

(Overtime after 40 hours is paid at time and a half).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
2. Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
3. Test closed loop heating circuits for correct levels.
4. Assist colleagues as required.
5. Maintain inventory of plumbing materials.
6. Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure excellent service delivery.
7. Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
8. Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
9. Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rota.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned.
