Job description

TXM Recruit are currently looking for two Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, primarily in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.

The role offers a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 8 or 9 am and ending at 4 or 5 pm, and ample overtime opportunities.

Applicants must be prepared to work weekends on a shift rota (approximately 1 in 4 weekends, subject to change) and demonstrate flexibility during the busy season (May to October) regarding hours and days.

Salary: £40,000 per annum. Overtime after 40 hours is paid at time and a half.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
2. Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
3. Test closed-loop heating circuits for correct levels.
4. Assist other team members as required.
5. Maintain inventory of plumbing materials.
6. Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
7. Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
8. Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
9. Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rotas.
10. Perform any additional duties as assigned.
