Overview

TXM Recruit is currently seeking two Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area. The role involves working in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.

Working Hours and Schedule

The position offers a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8-4 or 9-5, and plenty of overtime opportunities. Candidates must work weekends on a rotational basis (approximately 1 in 4 shifts, subject to variation). Flexibility during the busy season (May to October) regarding hours and days is required.

Salary and Overtime

£40,000 per annum. Overtime pay is at time and a half after 40 hours worked.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water systems, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
2. Repair and maintain piped services, including drainage systems.
3. Test closed-loop heating circuits for proper operation.
4. Assist colleagues as needed.
5. Manage inventory of plumbing materials.
6. Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
7. Provide coverage for team members during absences.
8. Follow all company policies and health and safety regulations.
9. Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rotations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
