Qualifications

• Gas Safe registration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual boiler servicing.
• Perform Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12).
• Handle central heating installations and repairs.
• Provide emergency heating repairs.
• Offer customer consultation and advice.
