Job summary

Pacifica is seeking a Gas-Qualified White Goods Engineer to join our field service team in Swindon. You will repair gas cookers, washing machines, dishwashers, refrigeration, and more, delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service.

You will hold CCN1 and CKR1 certifications, have at least two years in field-based white goods repair, and drive a UK license. We offer a £37,000–£41,000 base with an uncapped bonus up to £50k, £1,500 sign-on, a company van and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector in a field based capacity.
• Valid CCN1 and CKR1 certifications are essential (LAU1 and LPG conversion are a bonus).
• Strong knowledge in fault-finding and repair of gas cooking appliances, washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, electric ovens, and refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair domestic gas cooking appliances (CCN1 & CKR1 required).
• Diagnose & repair at least four of: washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, ovens, refrigeration.
• Work efficiently on pre-planned routes with in-time parts delivery.
• Deliver excellent service, aiming for first-time fix success.
• Ensure all work complies with company processes and health & safety standards.

What You'll Need

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
• Customer-focused approach with clear communication skills
• Field service experience in white goods repair is essential
