Overview

Parr FM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our Belfast-based team. The role will work across all sectors including public health, education, private sectors (retail and production) throughout NI and ROI. The role will primarily be based in Derry/Londonderry.

Position: Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Department: Ireland FM

Reporting to: Account Manager

Status of post: Full-time Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Carry out minor works/projects on contracts
  • Response maintenance
  • Carry out works to the organisation's high quality standards
  • Itemise the work required in the clients premises
  • Undertake other duties necessary by management to ensure the efficiency of the company
  • Carry out all works alongside the company values
  • This is a full-time post, working 39 hours per week
  • Company van and mobile phone are included
Essential Criteria
  • City and Guilds Level 2 & 3 Mechanical Engineering
  • Full driving license
  • GAS Safe for domestic and commercial
  • OFTEC registered
Desirable Criteria

Whilst not essential, it would be advantageous for the candidate to have:

  • Valid CSR card
