Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Gas Plumber / Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join a growing team based in Northamptonshire and providing nationwide coverage.

The role covers new-build residential works, planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, gas-related work, testing and commissioning, documentation, and travel with accommodation included.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe Registered is essential.
• Proven experience as a Gas Plumber / Plumbing & Heating Engineer.
• Strong plumbing and heating background.
• Experience working on new-build residential properties.
• Experience with maintenance and repair work.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Based in or within a commutable distance of Northamptonshire.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plumbing and heating works across new-build residential properties.
• Managing and maintaining a large portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs.
• Carrying out gas-related works in accordance with current regulations.
• Testing, commissioning and inspecting systems where required.
• Working alongside other trades and contractors.
• Completing job sheets, reports and relevant documentation.
• Travelling nationwide when required, including occasional overnight stays.

£60,000-£65,000 + Overtime & Bonus

Package

• £60,000-£65,000 basic salary PAYE, depending on experience
• Overtime and bonus opportunities
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
