Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead the LDP Operational Teams in the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme in the North West. You will supervise across work stack handover to project completion, ensuring HSEQ performance, programme adherence and outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will manage site setup, gas operations, reinstatement, permits under NRSWA, and collaborate with the Customer Liaison Officer to minimise disruption.

Qualifications

• Gas industry qualifications required or preferred, including NRSWA Supervisor.
• SHEA (Gas) competency is essential.
• IOSH or SMSTS qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery teams during works, including site setup, enabling of works, gas operations, backfill and reinstatement.
• Disseminate Construction Phase Plan information and RAMS to ensure CDM and Cadent standards.
• Manage street works permits under NRSWA and traffic management, capturing reinstatement data.
• Meet client and operational requirements professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Customer Liaison Officer to minimise disruption and engage with customers.
