Gas Installation Engineer – Social Housing

Location:

Salary:

Up to £45,000 Basic + SORs & Overtime - OTE £55,000 - £60,000

Job Overview:

We’re hiring an experienced Gas Installation Engineer to join a growing team working across social housing properties in the Redhill area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that values its workforce, offering a competitive salary and excellent OTE.

Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out boiler installations, full central heating systems, and upgrades in occupied social housing properties.
2. Ensuring all work is completed to high standards, in line with current gas regulations and safety protocols.
3. Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes.
4. Completing relevant documentation and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
5. Managing your own workload efficiently and working independently.

Requirements:

1. ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, etc.).
2. Proven experience in domestic gas installation, preferably within the social housing sector.
3. Full UK driving license.
4. Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
5. Strong communication and customer service skills.
6. Valid Gas Safe Registration (beneficial but not essential if covered under company...).
