Job summary

Rock Recruitment seeks a Gas Install Engineer for a social housing contract with a market-leading housing association. You will carry out combi-to-combi swaps, S&Y plans, and occasional repairs.

All works are in social housing and dispatched via PDA, with 8–10 jobs daily in your chosen location and a company van provided. We offer holiday allowance, uniform, PDA, pension, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience with domestic breakdowns in the social housing sector.
• Competence with boiler diagnostics and repairs across major brands.
• Gas ACS qualifications (CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1) are required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out combi-to-combi swaps and S&Y plans.
• Occasional repairs paid additionally.
• Work will be in the social housing sector and assigned via PDA.
• You will handle 8–10 jobs per day in your chosen area.

Job description

Job Title: Gas Install Engineer

Location: RH / SM / South CR

Salary: £43,000 - £45,000k plus unlimited overtime / call out earning potential

Job Summary:

• We are currently looking for experienced Gas Install Engineers to work on a domestic housing contract for a market leading housing association company
• Carrying out combi to combi swaps and S & Y Plans
• Will also on occasion be required to carry out repairs - which will be paid additionally
• All works will be in the social housing sector and all jobs will be sent via a pda
• The successful Gas Service & Repair Engineer will receive between 8-10 jobs a day all based in your chosen working location
• Holiday allowance, company van, uniform, pda and pension will all be provided

Essential Requirements:

• Hold a full UK Clean driving licence
• Domestic breakdown experience in the social housing sector
• Competent with all boiler diagnostics, servicing & repairs, across all major brands
• CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 gas ACS qualifications
