Job summary

Prestige Skills Ltd in the North West is seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to service, install and maintain a range of gas appliances including boilers, heaters, cookers and fires. All necessary tools, equipment and a fully equipped van are provided to support you.

You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, ensure compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations, and deliver excellent customer service to uphold our reputation.

Qualifications

• Qualified gas engineer with relevant gas safety certifications.
• Experience servicing and installing gas appliances in residential properties.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and install gas appliances (boilers, heaters, cookers, fires) in homes.
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs.
• Ensure work complies with industry standards and health & safety regulations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gas Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing and installing a range of gas appliances, including boilers, heaters, cookers, and fires. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied and rewarding role, with all necessary tools and equipment provided by us.

• Salary: £35,000.00 - £38,000.00 per year, based on experience.

Requirements

• Qualifications: CCN1, MET1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT, CPA1, WAH1
• Experience: Proven experience servicing and installing a wide range of gas appliances.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Driving License: Full UK driving license required.
