Job summary

Gbhereford is seeking an experienced heating engineer to service domestic boilers and heating systems across occupied and void properties in the area. You will perform maintenance, safety inspections and new installations with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. A stable work pattern with hybrid commitment is offered, plus a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Mandatory gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 and CPA1.
• Unvented hot water knowledge and OFTEC oil qualifications are advantageous.
• Availability for call-out rota with £90 weekly standby pay.

Responsibilities

• Carry out response maintenance repairs to domestic boilers/systems in occupied and void properties.
• Conduct landlord gas safety inspections.
• Install new boilers and heating systems.
• Undertake all aspects of domestic gas and plumbing repairs and new installations.
