Job summary

Qualifications
- Qualified gas engineer with relevant registrations.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a company van.
- Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn IT/tablet-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Carry out annual gas servicing and safety inspections.
- Diagnose faults and undertake responsive maintenance and repair work.
- Install and upgrade central heating systems.
- Complete boiler replacements and associated installation works.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in residents' homes.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations and procedures.
- Use tablet-based technology to manage jobs, record work and update information.
