Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services currently seeks an experienced Gas Engineer to join our Home Group contract, covering Harrogate and Darlington. You will perform gas servicing, repairs and installations in occupied properties, ensuring safety and compliance while using a handheld device to manage each job.

A strong customer-focused approach is essential. The role requires ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1), Gas Safe registration, and a Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds.

Qualifications

• Qualified Gas Engineer with ACS accreditations including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1 and HTR1.
• Gas Safe registration is essential.
• Unvented Hot Water (G3) qualification required.
• JIB PMES Blue Card held or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, reliable and customer-focused gas servicing, repairs and installations across occupied properties.
• Use a handheld device to manage and complete jobs efficiently and accurately.
• Keep customers informed and ensure high standards of safety, quality and compliance.

Education
