Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join the Home Group contract, covering Harrogate and Darlington. You will deliver gas servicing, repairs and installations across occupied properties, ensuring safety and compliance while maintaining high customer service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Gas Engineer with ACS accreditations (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1).
• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent City & Guilds qualification.
• Gas Safe registration and unvented hot water (G3) qualification.

The Role

As a Gas Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, reliable and customer-focused services across occupied properties. You'll carry out a variety of gas servicing, repairs and installation works while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance. Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will use a handheld device to manage and complete jobs efficiently, keeping customers informed throughout and delivering an excellent experience at every visit. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to utilise your technical expertise while making a genuine impact on the lives of residents.

About You

• Qualified Gas Engineer passionate about delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
• Hold current ACS accreditations including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1 and HTR1.
• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent City & Guilds qualification.
• Valid Gas Safe registration and Unvented Hot Water (G3) qualification.
• JIB PMES Blue Card (desirable).
• Experience within social housing or property maintenance environments preferred, but transferable experience considered.
• Full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
