Based in Derby and surrounding areas, this role covers servicing, maintenance and repair of gas boilers with an emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer service. Qualifikationen

• Experience diagnosing and fixing faults in gas heating systems.
• Strong ability to diagnose problems quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work across domestic and small commercial environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Service, maintain and repair gas boilers and heating systems.
• Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Perform installation work where required.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's job management system.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
• Work across both domestic and small commercial environments, depending on experience and qualifications.
