Job summary

Mectrical Jobs is looking for a skilled Gas & Boiler Engineer to service, fault-find and repair domestic boilers, fires and cookers. You will carry out full central heating installations and boiler replacements, and perform CP12 landlord gas safety checks with certificates where required.

Work is in occupied residential homes with a focus on safe, tidy work practices. Normal hours are 8:00am to 17:00pm, with overtime and on-call opportunities and a 5-day week.

Responsibilities

• Service, fault-find, and repair domestic gas boilers, fires and cookers.
• Carry out full central heating installations and boiler replacements.
• Conduct CP12 Landlord Gas Safety checks and issue compliance certificates.
• Fix cold and hot water supply issues, leaks, valves, pumps, and bathroom fittings.
• Work respectfully inside occupied homes, keeping spaces clean and tidy.
• 8:00am - 17:00pm, with overtime and on-call work.
• 5-days a week.

• General Plumbing:
• Fix cold and hot water supply issues, pipe leaks, valves, pumps, and cylinders.
• Install and repair sanitary ware, radiators, and bathroom fixtures. [1, 2, 3]
• Work respectfully inside occupied residential homes, keeping workspaces clean and tidy.
• 8:00am - 17:00pm
• Overtime and on call work available
• 5-days a week
