Job description

We are seeking an experienced Gas Engineer with commercial experience to join our team. The role will involve working on a range of projects in commercial properties and education buildings, primarily in Manchester, with occasional travel across the North West of England.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas systems in education buildings and commercial properties.
  2. Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and current standards.
  3. Conduct safety checks, servicing, and fault diagnostics on commercial gas systems.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
  5. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining strong client relationships.
  6. Flexibility to work on projects across various sites within the North West, when required.
Key Requirements:
  1. Relevant commercial gas qualifications (e.g., ACS, COCN1, CODNCO1, or equivalent).
  2. Proven experience working with commercial gas systems, especially in education and commercial environments.
  3. Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and compliance.
  4. Full UK driving license and ability to travel to various sites.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
