Permanent - Full Time
We are looking to recruit a Gas Engineer to join our team in Westminster Gas on a full-time basis.
Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carry out a variety of technical service tasks, undertaking gas servicing, repairs or installations in occupied properties, delivering exceptional customer service whilst complying with relevant regulations, standards and organisation procedures.
You will be predominantly working in void properties but from time to time you will be asked to undertake breakdowns and servicing. In void properties you will be asked to carry out all gas repairs in the property such as radiator and radiator valves replacement, small gas runs and gas meter cap offs.
You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
Candidates will have previous experience of working within the gas industry and will hold a current ACS accreditation in CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1 and Level 3 NVQ or equivalent City and Guilds. Additional experience with domestic plumbing, asbestos awareness, DAH1 would be advantageous, however is not essential.
You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
