Job Description
We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, to ensure that our customers get the help they need, when they need it. You will play a pivotal part in our British Gas' Service Promise of same-day fixes for our customers. We offer a £10,000 sign-on bonus to make the jump! Yes, you read that right.

About your role: We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, ensuring that our customers get the help they need, when they need it. You will play a pivotal part in our British Gas' Service Promise of same-day fixes for our customers. The base salary is £43,733 with uncapped OTE—£50,400 is a realistic expectation through our fantastic field reward scheme. Being there for our customers is our priority.
Whether attending an annual service visit or a complex breakdown, you will represent British Gas in the customer's home. You will have plenty of support from managers, mentors, and engineer colleagues, but some jobs can be challenging, requiring experience working across various boilers and central heating systems and manufacturers. Here's what we're looking for: a natural, dedicated focus on providing outstanding customer experience on every visit; current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1); NVQ, C&G, or equivalent in plumbing or heating; three years qualified experience in fault finding and diagnosis; electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers.
