Average earnings: £225-£300 per day

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct annual gas safety inspections and complete LGSRs for domestic properties.
2. Service gas appliances, including boilers, cookers, and fires, ensuring they are operating efficiently and safely.
3. Ensure all work complies with current gas safety standards and regulations.
4. Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide documentation to clients.
5. Deliver excellent customer service, communicating effectively with tenants and landlords.
