Job summary

Gas Cooker Engineer role covering the region, providing service, maintenance and installation of gas cookers. Full training will be provided on the products as part of this position.

The role requires gas qualifications CKR1/CKN1/CCN1 and ACS training to work on all gas products, with strong fault-finding skills and the ability to update service records on handheld devices. Excellent time management and customer service abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Gas qualifications CKR1/CKN1/CCN1 required.
• ACS Gas qualifications to work on all gas products.
• Experience servicing gas cookers and appliances.
• Ability to update service records on handheld/tablet devices.
• Strong time management and working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and installation of gas cookers.
• Support customers and other engineers in the region.
• Deal with call outs for fault finding and repairs.
• Provide high-quality customer service during every visit.
