Are you an experienced Gas Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge in the social housing sector? We're working with a leading social housing contractor, known for their long-standing contracts and commitment to safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. They're now looking for a proactive, results-driven Gas Contracts Manager to join their team in Central London.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of domestic gas servicing, maintenance, and installations across a portfolio of social housing properties. This is a key leadership role, managing both direct and subcontracted engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage gas servicing & maintenance contracts across multiple boroughs
• Ensure full compliance with Gas Safe regulations and internal quality standards
• Oversee day-to-day operations, driving performance, efficiency, and resident satisfaction
• Liaise closely with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
• Manage budgets, resources, and health & safety requirements
• Conduct audits, inspections, and implement continuous improvement plans

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role within social housing or property services
• Sound knowledge of domestic gas compliance and regulations
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Gas Safe registration and relevant ACS qualifications (or strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage qualified teams)
