Job summary

DK Recruitment is seeking a Gas Supervisor on an 8-week contract in Plymouth to support gas compliance, documentation and data entry. The role combines office-based administration with technical oversight of gas records and certification processes.

The ideal candidate will be Gas Safe registered with relevant qualifications, have strong attention to detail, and be able to liaise with engineers and housing teams while ensuring timely updates to management systems.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe registration and relevant gas qualifications.
• Experience in gas compliance or supervisory roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign off gas certificates and docs.
• Ensure gas safety and compliance requirements are met.
• Input and update gas servicing information in internal systems.
• Check certificates for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate gas compliance records.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors and housing teams.
• Monitor outstanding gas servicing and remedial works.
• General administration and data entry.
• Provide technical support and guidance as needed.
• Maintain records per procedures and gas safety rules.
