Qualifications
Valid ACS gas qualifications including CCN1 and CENWAT required.
Experience servicing and maintaining domestic and/or light commercial boilers.
Good understanding of Health & Safety practices essential.
Responsibilities
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and fault diagnosis on gas and heating systems.
Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and helpdesk requests across multiple sites.
Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and Health & Safety standards.
Skills
ACS gas qualifications (CCN1 and CENWAT)
Fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Communication and record-keeping skills
Experience with commercial gas systems
