Qualifications
- Valid ACS gas qualifications including CCN1 and CENWAT required.
- Experience servicing and maintaining domestic and/or light commercial boilers.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety practices essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and fault diagnosis on gas and heating systems.
- Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and helpdesk requests across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and Health & Safety standards.
Skills
ACS gas qualifications (CCN1 and CENWAT)
Fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Communication and record-keeping skills
Experience with commercial gas systems
Understanding of Health & Safety practices
Full UK driving licence
